You know when you are on a support call and you just want to cry as the user fumbles around trying to access their account. Sometimes it is just so much easier to go: pow, here is a new password for you, leave me alone.

So here it is. Has a permission called...Change user password, surprisingly enough. Adds a new tab to the Users section where you can go and play to your hearts content.
