    This module was a lifesaver. It works excellently. I am using it on an azure hosted orchard site. If you are doing anything with Azure, include this by default in your solution, even if you don't think you need it yet.... What I needed functionally was to have a mechanism that whenever people were logging in to the site, they have to use https. This module does that out of the box. Also it is ideal that it is in a module because the only place I want this behaviour is on the live site and nowhere else (not on staging for example). Sébastien - I owe you a beer.
