Theme Editor - 1.4.0

Let's you edit and save css, js, and razor files in a colorized mode.
When you change Theme, all resource paths also changes to current theme.
You can edit "Placement.info" and "Theme.txt".
Contains abillity to upload/update Theme.png and ThemeZonePreview.png and now also other resources.
