Provides a way for your own modules to easily provide documentation / help to the users of your module. It is not designed to provide help to the visitors of a website, but more to the people who can log into the admin section.

You can simply place .markdown files into your module, or for finer control you can implement extension points to create more powerful documentation.

Help is displayed to your users in the form of a new menu item on the admin screens.

This is a very early version, and although it should be stable, I plan on implementing many more features in the coming days.
