This module is a javascript implementation of orchard scripting feature , like DLR scripting. by means of this module you can write widget layer rules using javascript code semantic. unfortunately there is currently no way to set your current scripting language as default (out of the box). it will be great if we have it in the upcoming 1.9 release.
