S3 Storage Provider Download An alternate storage provider that uses Amazon S3

A replacement for the built in storage provider that uses Amazon S3 for file storage.

After installation, feature enabling, you must go to the settings page and enter your AWS credentials and S3 bucket name. There is currently no proper error handling if these values are not set.
